Welcome

This is a blog for busy people lacking in time but not ambition. For those who know the value of their time and want to make the most of every moment.

Would you love to be more confident?

Would you love to be more confident?

Over the last two years, I have been working with a lot of talented women.

Women producing really great work.

(Huge caveat - I have and do work with great colleagues who produce great work too)

I come across the same thing again and again when working with talented women - low confidence. It shows up in the way they talk about themselves and their work.

Things like

- I ran a small campaign (when they ran a great campaign with brilliant results)

- If you're sure you want to buy... (their product)

- Let me give you a discount (when I was happy to buy it a full price)

I have to admit that when I want to work with these talented women and I have seen they produce great work, I find it frustrating. I want to buy from them and I want them to be confident.

I want them to be confident about their work and their results.

I do understand though - I find myself doing it as well. I underplay what I've done or dismiss it as luck.

I believe that this lack of confidence is detrimental in so many ways.

We live in a world where you have to be out there, sharing, selling, hustling and getting noticed. A lack of confidence is stopping so many women from getting out in the world.

So when Digital Mums asked me to put together a series of webinars this summer I jumped at the chance. I knew the theme of the webinar series had to be confidence and Get Confident This Summer was born.

I am so happy to have invited three amazing women joining me on the webinars.

They are free and I would love to see you there.
